Calvy is an AI-powered calling agent designed for ecommerce businesses. Our service includes automated outbound and inbound call handling, cart recovery, upselling, delivery notifications, and customer support — all via AI voice technology.

Waitlist Terms

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Calvy or any specific pricing
We will contact waitlist members in order of signup when launching
Early-bird pricing, if offered, will be communicated via email to waitlist members
You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing us

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Calvy to:

Make calls to individuals who have opted out or requested no contact
Violate any applicable telemarketing laws (TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
Harass, threaten, or mislead any person
Transmit spam, malware, or illegal content

Compliance with Calling Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Calvy complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including telemarketing laws, consent requirements, and do-not-call registries.

Limitation of Liability

Calvy AI's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Getting Started

Calvy connects to your ecommerce store and automatically handles customer calls across the full order lifecycle. This documentation covers planned integration methods and API structure.

Architecture

Calvy operates as a middleware layer between your ecommerce platform and a telephony network. When trigger events occur (e.g. cart abandoned, order placed), Calvy's AI engine initiates or responds to calls based on your configuration.

Calvy AI agent processes context and initiates call
Real-time conversation handled by voice AI
Outcome logged and synced back to your dashboard

Supported Platforms

At launch, Calvy will support: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, and custom stores via API.

Shopify Integration

Install the Calvy app from the Shopify App Store (coming soon). The app will request permissions to access orders, customers, and abandoned checkouts.
